Effective management is being a Good Finder. Look for what your people are doing right and tell them how good that makes you feel. Just give them one thing to improve only occasionally. I took this approach with my sales team and produced the top selling region out of 50 in the US and had no turnover for three years. Employees just don’t want to leave managers like this; they are inspired to grow

When you plan & implicate the theory of management in practical way,you will able to produce results in the desired manner….siting an example here is difficult,as the management is a vast subject various fields involve in an organisation.
Just take a small example of your family,the ways adopted by your parents for smooth passage of life among the family,that’s family and issues varies in an organisation…hope you got an idea…..all the best
